About Us
The company was started by Italia who started applying makeup and selling M.A.C makeup in 1999 from her home in Monastery Park in Nassau, Bahamas. At the time the company consisted of Italia and a friend. The Company went by the name “For Ebyon” which is a Hebrew word meaning the person in need.
Presently Eye Candy Makeup Store is owned and operated by two sisters Italia and Joconda Williams.
Eye Candy sells cosmetics and offers makeup application services. While our company has always offered training, this service has become more popular as we have frequent Jam sessions (two-hour hands-on training sessions), an extended training and a summer camp for teens.
This company has set a standard for professional makeup application in the country. Our company has worked with companies/events such as BTC, Cable Bahamas, Atlantis Resort, Baha Mar, Cacique Awards c/o the Ministry of Tourism, Island Destination Services, Ms Bahamas Teenager Organization, Miss Bahamas Universe Organization, Movie Sets, Destination Weddings and Awards Shows.
